Domain and Subscriber info panels provide you with a way to view information on your subscribers, either per individual subscriber or as a group by email domain.

Info panels give you a way to quickly see and access different information on your subscribers via these panels, such as high level information like their status, subscription information and recent activity. You'll also be able to dive deeper into their engagement with published page, such as feedback they've given, votes cast, subscribed roadmap items, and their sentiment.

These info panels make information on your subscribers held in LaunchNotes easy to find for you and your team.

This article will cover the following:

Subscriber info panels

The subscriber info panel is a profile of your individual page subscribers which gives you the ability to view the individual actions and activities of each individual subscriber.

💡 Subscriber info panels are available on all subscription plans.

The info panel of a subscriber can be opened wherever there is a subscriber email address - whether this be via your subscriber table (under the Audience > Subscribers tab), or in other places subscriber email address are listed, such as in the Feedback inbox, Ideas, or Roadmap Items, etc.

The subscriber info panel includes high level information on each subscriber; including their email address, the status of their subscription, when they first subscribed to your page, the notification channels (email, Slack) they're subscribed via, and the subscribed categories in their subscription.

Below this subscriber information, there are four tabs which offer a closer look into the actions and activity of each subscriber, including:

Recent activity

Announcements they've received notifications for, feedback they've provided, votes they've left, and other changes to their subscription. You can also expand any specific notification for reference.

Feedback

The feedback tab includes all feedback this subscriber has submitted or has been submitted on behalf of this subscriber. This is arranged into three sortable columns:

  1. The date the feedback item was provided

  2. The sentiment score for the feedback

  3. And the stated importance of the feedback item to inform resource prioritization.

Links in the panel will open up the announcement, idea, or roadmap item the feedback is organized to in a new tab of your browser.

Votes

All votes that have been cast or has been cast on behalf of this subscriber, and links to each Idea voted on.

Roadmap

Any roadmap items the subscriber has subscribed to, and what stage that roadmap item is in, and links to each Roadmap item that has been subscribed to.

Domain info panels

Domain info panels give you a way to view all subscribers on an email domain together to get a collective grouping of subscribers from a particular company or organization. You'll also be able to see the average sentiment score on a domain, which is an aggregate score of the positive and negative feedback collected from all subscribers on a domain.

Domains has its own table under the Audience tab. Here you can filter by domain, number of subscribers, votes, feedback and feedback sentiment, which could be a great way to identify domains that might need some extra attention, or domains that are very excited about their feedback to your organization.

You can also access the Domain info panel wherever subscriber email address are listed, such as in the Subscriber info panel, Feedback inbox, Ideas, or Roadmap Items, etc, by clicking on the domain.

💡 Domain info panels are available on the Business and Enterprise subscription plans.
