You can make your LaunchNotes page publicly accessible to anyone or restricted to authenticated users for private access.
Public Access
Public access is great for teams who need a simple solution for telling their customers about product changes and opening up a feedback loop between your product team and your product’s users. LaunchNotes gives you full customization of your public page, and our in-house design team is ready to assist in creating a page that matches your company website. Additionally, you can create a custom subdomain to host your page on your company's domain.
Private Access
On the other hand, private access can be used for internal teams looking to improve communication across departments. Private access is also great for sharing product updates with a group of VIP customers. All pages are private by default, but you can set your page to private by going to Settings > Security
