Feedback

Feedback is crucial to improving your product and keeping your customers happy. LaunchNotes provides a way for your customers to leave feedback on your announcements and roadmap items, as well as submit general feedback on your product.

Ideas & Feedback Management - Make Managing Feedback Simple

Managing feedback can be overwhelming, but LaunchNotes makes it simple. Feedback can be associated with a roadmap work item, an announcement, or an idea, and you can easily reorganize any piece of feedback and associate it with a different item.

Ideas are containers of feedback, and they can be created on the fly to help you better organize feedback that doesn’t relate to an existing roadmap work item or announcement.

Subscribers - Close the Loop with Dedicated Workflow

Closing the loop on customer requests and feedback can be difficult, but LaunchNotes makes it super simple by allowing your users to subscribe to your page. When someone subscribes to your page, they’re prompted to confirm their email address and can choose to subscribe via email or Slack.

Subscribers can then select the categories they want to be updated on, and if you have enabled the roadmap setting, they can browse your roadmap and subscribe to individual work items. If a customer leaves feedback, the product team can then engage with the customer directly within the app by using our Conversations feature.
