Roadmap Report email notifications is an automated feature that provides weekly summaries of updates made to your product's roadmap. It is especially valuable for keeping cross-functional teams aligned and informed.
Accessing Settings:
Go to the project you want to change the roadmap report settings for in the Management Portal.
Navigate to User Preferences from the menu in the lower left corner.
Select the Roadmap Report tab to access and modify your report settings.
Note: to enable the roadmap report for more than one project update the settings from each of those projects in LaunchNotes
Settings Options:
Enable: Choose whether to enable or disable the report for yourself.
Report Frequency: Choose which day(s) you receive the roadmap report.
Event Types: Select which types of events you want to include in the report. Updating the description of the roadmap item is not an included event in the report.
Group By: Opt to group report content by event type or by individual roadmap item.
Subscription-based Reporting: Only receive updates for roadmap items when you have subscribed to it or been added as a team member.
Note: If there are no updates since the last report, you won't receive a redundant email, ensuring you only get relevant and timely information.
Direct Access to settings from Your Email
Each report email includes a convenient link - "Manage roadmap report settings" - located at the bottom. This allows for quick adjustments to your preferences, ensuring that the reports align with your evolving needs.
