Summary
When your customers subscribe to your LaunchNotes page, they'll go through a simple verification process and land on a subscription settings page where they can control their notification preferences. They can choose to receive updates via email or Slack, filter by specific product categories, and subscribe to individual roadmap items. They can also unsubscribe at any time through the settings page or from any email notification.

Notes & important info
If a subscriber hasn't visited your page recently, they may need to re-verify their email by going through the subscription process again.
Roadmap notifications are only sent to subscribers who have specifically subscribed to individual roadmap items, not to general page subscribers.
Each email notification you send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Leaving categories blank means subscribers receive updates from all categories.
Troubleshooting common subscriber issues
"I can't find the verification email"
Tell customers to check their spam folder. The subject line is "Verify your email address."
"The Manage Subscription button isn't working"
Subscribers may need to re-verify their email by clicking "Subscribe to Updates" and entering their email again to log back in.
"I'm not receiving notifications"
Subscribers should check their subscription settings to ensure the correct categories are selected and their preferred notification channels (Email or Slack) are toggled on.
"I want roadmap updates but I'm not getting them"
Subscribers must individually subscribe to specific roadmap items from the Roadmap tab. General page subscriptions don't automatically include roadmap notifications.
