Summary

You can filter your subscriber list using the Filters panel to narrow down subscribers by creation date, category, channel, status, or region. Active filters appear at the top of the list and show how many total subscribers match your criteria.

Steps

  1. Open your LaunchNotes workspace and navigate to Subscribers.

  2. Click the Filters button in the top right.

  3. Choose your filter criteria:

    • Created Date: Set a date range to find subscribers added within a specific timeframe

    • Category: Filter by announcement categories subscribers follow

    • Channel: Filter by how subscribers receive notifications (Email or Slack)

    • Status: Filter by subscriber status (Confirmed, Unconfirmed, Unsubscribed, Blocked)

    • Region: Filter subscribers by geographic region (only available on certain accounts)

  4. Click outside the Filters panel to apply your selections.

  5. To remove filters, click Clear all or click the X next to individual active filters.

Notes & important info

  • The subscriber count updates automatically to show how many subscribers match your filter criteria (e.g., "Showing 45 of 47 total subscribers")

  • Filters remain active while you navigate within the Subscribers section but reset when you leave the page

Troubleshooting

  • If no subscribers appear after filtering, try removing some filter criteria or clicking Clear all to start over

  • Category and Channel filters only show options that exist in your workspace—if you don't see an expected option, confirm it's been created in your settings
