Overview
LaunchNotes RSS feeds can be customized using URL parameters for the categories and roadmap items in a project. It’s easy to create these custom URL parameters by interacting with the published page.
Custom categories RSS feed
To construct the RSS feed URL with specific categories:
Navigate to the announcements page of the published page (e.g. https://updates.launchnotes.com)
From the category selector on the page, select one or more categories. Note the url will update as you do so (e.g. https://updates.launchnotes.com/?categories=cat_E9sq1rHZsOeAo%2Ccat_t6don67r9qZht%2Ccat_x2RIahi28qhRO&view=complete)
Use this URL with your RSS reader to filter the feed to only include announcements with one or more of the selected categories.
Specific roadmap item RSS feed
To construct the RSS feed URL for a specific roadmap item
Navigate to the roadmap item on the published page (e.g. https://updates.launchnotes.com/board/crm-revenue-data-to-enrich-feedback-and-ideas)
Use this URL with your RSS reader to filter the feed to only include announcements associated with this roadmap item
