Each LaunchNotes user can configure their user profile, user notification options, and roadmap report preferences by clicking on their username in the bottom left corner and then User preferences.

Profile preferences

In your profile, you can edit your name, profile picture, your default LaunchNotes page (if your team has more than one page), and you can also reset your password and deactivate your user account.

Notification preferences

Here, you can toggle on/off a bi-weekly email, updating you on new subscribers to your LaunchNotes page, as well as, where you can manage email and Slack notifications your subscribers submit feedback on an announcement, roadmap item, or a published idea your team is considering.

At the bottom of the page, under Notifications, you manage your own subscriptions - email or Slack to receive notifications, the Categories you subscribe to, and the Roadmap items you follow.

Roadmap report preferences

Here, you can toggle on/off schedule your roadmap report to receive an email summary of the roadmap items you're most interested in. You can also define the delivery frequency and the events that will be presented in the report.

Below is an example of an email roadmap report based on roadmap item stage changes.

The roadmap report feature is tailored for your subscribers across various internal departments - executive leadership, success, marketing, sales, and support - to maintain a high level of transparency and communication within the team throughout the product development lifecycle and journey.

Connected accounts preferences

Within the connected accounts tab, you can connect LaunchNotes to your Atlassian Confluence to deliver your LaunchNotes announcements directly to your organization’s existing Confluence spaces, eliminating the need for duplicative work and ensures consistent communication across all teams.

By connecting LaunchNotes with Confluence, you can:

  • Publish announcements directly to any Confluence space, simultaneously when posting them to LaunchNotes

  • Enable seamless sharing, commenting, and discussion on each update within Confluence for enhanced team collaboration and alignment

  • Ensure product updates are immediately searchable in Confluence, allowing anyone in your organization to find the relevant information they're looking for quickly
