This help article will cover all things subscriber related, including the following:

General Subscriber tab

You can view your page subscribers under the Audience > Subscribers tab in your management portal. Here, you'll be able to see a snapshot of your subscribers (total confirmed subscribers and new subscriptions this month), and a list of confirmed and unconfirmed subscribers.

You'll also be able to filter your subscribers by the status of their subscription: confirmed, unconfirmed, unsubscribed and blocked. You can do this by selecting the filter icon beside the status column which will bring up these options. For more information on the blocked status, see the article Understanding the ‘Blocked’ Status for Subscribers.

Here you'll also be able to manage your subscribers either individually or by bulk actions, such as Confirming, Unsubscribing and Resubscribing them

Subscribing to a published page

Your users and audience can subscribe to receive notifications and updates on your public page by clicking the Subscribe to Updates button on your page.

Upon subscribing, your users will be sent a confirmation email.

Subscribers can then select the categories they'd like to receive notifications for via Email and Slack.

A public page subscriber can change their subscription settings, update their subscribed categories, and cancel their subscription by selecting the Manage Subscription button on your public page, where they'll be taken to the subscription management page.

Note: We use cookies to serve a personalized experience to your subscribers. Your page knows who that subscriber is, and what they're subscribed to/have

left feedback or voted on. If the cookies expire or are cleared, the subscriber

may need to click Subscribe again, which will send them a Magic Link to

re-authenticate their session.

Importing Subscribers

Importing users via CSV upload

If you have a list of subscribers that you're already communicating updates to and would like to bulk import into your LaunchNotes subscriber list, you can do this from within your LaunchNotes admin. Reference Importing and Adding Subscribers for more information.

Importing users via the API

You can also import users via the API, and integrate this with your consent hub to manage your subscribers in tandem with your other customer communications. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] for more information on this.

Subscriber report

You'll automatically receive a bi-weekly subscriber report via email so you can keep a close eye on subscriber growth over time. You can switch this off under your User Notification Preferences.
