This article will cover subscriber management from the LaunchNotes admin, creating and managing a public page subscription as an end-user, options for adding subscribers, and the subscriber report

Managing Subscribers

You can view your public page subscribers under the Subscribers tab in the Admin navbar.

Here, you'll be able to see:

  • a snapshot of your new subscribers this month, and total confirmed subscriptions to your page,

  • a list of confirmed subscribers including their email, created date, the categories and the channels they're subscribed to, and

  • a list of unconfirmed subscribers.

Subscribing to a public page

Your users and audience can subscribe to receive notifications and updates whilst on your public page by selecting the "Subscribe to Updates" button, which by default is in the top right-hand corner of your public page:

Upon subscribing, your users will be sent a confirmation email. On confirmation, they can then select the different categories they'd like to receive updates for via email and Slack.

A public page subscriber can change their subscription settings, update their subscribed categories, and cancel their subscription by selecting the Manage Subscription button on your public page, where they'll be taken to the subscription management page.

❗ If the subscriber does not have an active session/has not visited your public page for a period of time, this may show as Subscribe to Updates instead of Manage subscription - in this case, they just need to enter in their email address and will

be taken through to the subscription management page.

Importing users via CSV upload

If you have a list of subscribers that you're already communicating updates to and would like to bulk import into your LaunchNotes subscriber list, you can do this from within your LaunchNotes admin - see this article here for a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

Importing users via the API

You can also import users via the API, and integrate this with your consent hub to manage your subscribers in tandem with your other customer communications. Please get in touch with us at for more information on this.

Subscriber report

You'll automatically receive a fortnightly (bi-weekly) report right to your inbox, which will allow you to passively keep tabs on the growth of your launch audience over time.
