Summary
When two or more team members have the same announcement open, you can see each person's live cursor and caret so you always know who's editing where.
How it works
Collaborative editing is on by default and no setup is required. When multiple people open the same announcement at the same time:
Each active editor's cursor appears in the announcement with their name
Live carets show exactly where each person is typing in real time
Changes are reflected as they happen
Notes & important info
Note: Cursors and carets are only visible while an announcement is open for editing — they disappear once a teammate closes or navigates away from the announcement.
Note: Collaborative editing is visible to all team members with edit access to the announcement.
