Support at LaunchNotes
LaunchNotes offers email and chat support. Using our official support channels is the best way to get help from our team.
Email support
To reach our team by email, send an email to [email protected]. We run on Intercom, so if you leave us a message through the chat widget while we’re not online, we’ll respond to you later by email.
Live chat support
You can use the chat widget on our website or from within the LaunchNotes management portal to reach us directly via live chat.
Phone support
We don’t currently offer in-bound phone support, however, we love connecting with our customers and we’re happy to jump on a call to help you achieve your goals!
Support hours
Our team is currently based in the US and we are online Monday through Friday 6:30am - 5:30pm PST.
Weekends and holidays
LaunchNotes doesn't currently offer support on the weekends for general product questions. However, we have processes in place in case of any emergencies like outages or service interruptions.
You may experience longer wait times for a reply during holiday periods, but we always monitor our support channels for emergencies.
Response times
We aim to respond to all requests within one business day.
Premium Support
We do have Premium support options available such as response SLA's and shared Slack channels for faster communication - please let us know if you're interested in learning more about this!
