Important: Before connecting an ESP to LaunchNotes, make sure you've verified your domain with your email service provider.
Important: ESP integration (Sendgrid, Mailgun, Postmark, SMTP) requires Full API access, available on Business plan and above.
Note: HubSpot email sending requires HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise tier (Single Send API). Subscriber syncing works with all HubSpot plans.
Note: Custom email colors and logos are available on all LaunchNotes plans.
Note: Custom CSS on the email templates will override the default email branding settings.
Troubleshooting
If test emails aren't arriving, check that your ESP API credentials are correct and that your domain is verified in your ESP.
